This week’s NHL schedule is full of tricks and treats. There are several playoff-caliber matchups this week. Let’s take a look at this week’s top games in the NHL Betting action.

Top NHL Betting Picks of the Week – October 29th Edition

Tuesday, October 30 – New Jersey Devils @ Tampa Bay Lightning

Kyle Palmieri is off to a great start for the Devils. In their first 8 games, Palmieri has 13 points. He will bring his New Jersey Devils to Tampa Bay to contend with the 7-2-1 Lightning.

The Lightning has been outstanding defensively, especially against the power play. They are leading the NHL in killing penalties, stopping 95% of the opponent’s power plays. Take Tampa Bay to win this game at home.

Thursday, November 1 – Nashville Predators @ Tampa Bay Lightning

The top team in the Western Conference will be headed south, as the Predators visit the Lightning. The Predators are tied with the Maple Leafs for most points in the NHL with 16.

The Predators have one of the top scoring offenses in the league, scoring 38 goals, while the Lightning has only given up 27 goals. Something’s gotta give in this potential Stanley Cup matchup. Once again – Tampa Bay wins at home.

Saturday, November 3 – Tampa Bay Lightning @ Montreal Canadiens

After facing the Devils and Predators earlier in the week, the Lighting makes the long flight to Montreal for a Saturday night date with the Canadiens.

The Canadiens have had a surprising start. Without Shea Weber, many predicted that the Habs would struggle. Fortunately for them, Mike Reilly and Noah Juulsen have stepped up their games.

The Lightning will bring a stout defense to Montreal, but will the Lightning be worn out from their tough week and a long flight? Too much travel, and action. Montreal wins a home game.

Saturday, November 3 – Boston Bruins @ Nashville Predators

Boston’s top line of Pastrnak, Bergeron, & Marchand invades Nashville. Those 3 have accounted for over 70% of Boston’s scoring.

The Bruins look like a good NHL Betting pick.

If the Bruins want to beat the Predators at home, they’ll need to find some other players to step up. Look for this to be too many Predators in this game.

Saturday, November 3 – Toronto Maple Leafs @ Pittsburgh Penguins

The top team in the Atlantic Division travels to Pittsburgh to take on the top team in the Metropolitan Division. Toronto will be bringing in one of the top scoring offenses in the NHL, while Pittsburgh’s defense has been stingy.

The stars will be out for this game, as Auston Matthews and Sidney Crosby will try to lead their teams to victory. The Penguins win this game at home.

Enjoy the games and best of luck with all your NHL Betting!
