The National Hockey League moves to another full week of action. The games in the National Hockey League are heating up as the second half of the season moves along. We looked at several games this week, and are ready to give you our Top NHL Betting Picks of the Week.

Top NHL Betting Picks of the Week – February 6th Edition

Pittsburgh Penguins over Vegas Golden Knights – Tuesday

Two of the top teams in all of the National Hockey League are getting together. The Penguins are back to back Stanley Cup Champions, and look like they will be in the mix once again this season. Pittsburgh is 6th in the Eastern Conference, but just 4 points back of leading the Metropolitan.

The Penguins will face a Vegas team with the most points in the West, but not as good of a team on the road. Take the home-ice advantage and bet on the Penguins on Tuesday night.

Boston Bruins over New York Rangers – Wednesday

Don’t look now – but the New York Rangers have been terrible this season. The Rangers are 3-7 in their last 10 games and have lost back to back games. Out of 16 teams in the Eastern Conference, there are just 5 teams with fewer points than the Ranger. Boston has been a pleasant surprise, and have won back to back games.

Look for Boston to continue playing good hockey on the road and win this game of two Eastern Conference rivals on Wednesday.

St. Louis Blues over Colorado Avalanche – Thursday

The St. Louis Blues just keep doing enough to stay at or near the top of the Western Conference. Carter Hutton has become the new top goaltender for the Blues. They will have a Colorado team that is emerging as a possible playoff team.

The Avalanche are just a point back of the 8th seed. The Blues are 18-10-0 at home, and the Avalanche are 10-12-3 on the road. Look for St. Louis to get enough offense to win this game on Thursday.

Edmonton Oilers over Anaheim Ducks – Friday

It’s been a tough first 50 games for the Edmonton Oilers, but they still have time to make a run at the postseason. Remember – this was a team that made it through a postseason round a season ago.

The Oilers should be one of your NHL Betting Picks of the week.

If they are going to start making their run, they need to get it done quickly. Look for the Oilers to get on the scoreboard early and take this win on the road over the Ducks.

Minnesota Wild over Chicago Blackhawks – Saturday

Two Western Conference teams will get together on Saturday in Minneapolis. The Minnesota Wild have 61 points on the season and holding the 8th seed. The Chicago Blackhawks have been disappointing with just 56 points. The Blackhawks are in the last place in the Central Division.

Look for Minnesota to use their impressive 18-4-4 record at home, and blast the Blackhawks. Chicago just does not seem to have it, combined with injuries this season.

There is a look at the Top NHL Betting Picks of the Week. Best of luck with all your hockey betting, and enjoy the action on the ice!
