NFL Betting: Week 7 Betting Odds Analysis For All the Matches

Written by on October 19, 2021

It seems like just yesterday that the NFL season kicked off. But just like that, we’re already into Week 7. It has been a season full of drama and surprises. We’ll see if Week 7 brings us even more excitement. Let’s take a look at all of the games this week, and we’ll make some predictions so you can wager against their NFL odds

NFL 2021 Season – Week 7 Odds Overview & Predictions for Each Game

Denver Broncos @ Cleveland Browns (-6)

The Broncos are on a three-game losing streak. The Browns may have a promising season derailed by injuries. Baker Mayfield has a bad shoulder but says he will play. Nick Chubb didn’t play last week, and we’re unsure if we’ll see him on Thursday. Odell Beckham is questionable, Kareem Hunt is out, and the list goes on.

Denver is 11-3 against the spread in Thursday night games. We think Cleveland wins but doesn’t cover.

Carolina Panthers @ New York Giants (+3)

The Panthers have lost three in a row, and it’s obvious that they miss Christian McCaffrey. The Giants have had injury problems of their own. Right now, the Giants look like a team in disarray. We like the Panthers in this one.

New York Jets @ New England Patriots (-7)

Mac Jones and Zach Wilson have shown flashes of greatness, but the rookie mistakes have outweighed those flashes. While neither team looks like a Super Bowl contender, the Patriots are the better of the two and will win by 10.

Kansas City Chiefs @ Tennessee Titans (+3)

The Titans had a late stand to defeat the Buffalo Bills on Monday night, while the Chiefs beat the Washington Football Team on Sunday. The Chiefs will have a difficult time stopping Derrick Henry. The Titans will have a hard time stopping the Kansas City offense. We think that the Chiefs have more firepower and will win by a touchdown.

Washington Football Team @ Green Bay Packers (-9)

This spread has jumped since it started at -7 for Green Bay. The Packers are 5-1 against the spread this season, while the WFT is 1-5. The WFT defense was thought to be one of the best in the league prior to the season, but they’ve been awful in the first few weeks. Aaron Rodgers carves them up and wins by 10.

Atlanta Falcons @ Miami Dolphins (+2)

This is going to be an ugly football game. Miami is coming off of a bad loss to Jacksonville, while the Falcons had their bye week. The Dolphins have lost five straight since beating New England to open the season. The Falcons feast on teams with a losing record, going 9-3 against the spread against those teams. Atlanta extends the Miami losing streak to six.

Cincinnati Bengals @ Baltimore Ravens (-6)

If the Bengals win, they’ll be in first place in the AFC North. We like Baltimore in this one, but we don’t think they cover.

Detroit Lions @ Los Angeles Rams (-15)

The Rams are really good, while the Lions are 0-6. While 15 points seem like a huge spread in the NFL, the numbers back up the Rams. They’re 9-4-1 against the spread in their last 13 games where they’re favored at home. We don’t like to go against the numbers, so we’re sticking with the Rams.

Philadelphia Eagles @ Oakland Raiders (-2.5)

Everyone thought that after the week that the Raiders had to deal with, that the Broncos would take it to them. Well everyone was wrong, as the Raiders beat the Broncos. Philadelphia has played well against good teams but has very little to show for it. This one will be tight, but we lean towards the Raiders covering the spread.

Houston Texans @ Arizona Cardinals (-17)

This is a huge spread. Houston is playing for a top draft pick, while the Cardinals are looking to remain undefeated. Take Arizona in this one.

Chicago Bears @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-12.5)

The Bears’ defense has looked good this season. While their offense is still a work in progress, we think that they can hang around and compete with Tom Brady and the Bucs. Tampa wins, but won’t cover.

Indianapolis Colts @ San Francisco 49ers (-5)

Carson Wentz and the Colts look like they’ve turned the corner. We’re still not sure who the 49ers really are. We like the Colts here.

New Orleans Saints @ Seattle Seahawks (+3)

It’s not often that the Seahawks are home dogs. When the oddsmakers doubt Seattle, that is when they seem to be at their best. They’re 13-5 against the spread as home underdogs. After Monday night’s game, they’ll be 14-5.
