They say that defense wins championships. This year in the NFL, it looks as though offense will be the deciding factor on who wins the Super Bowl. With the NFL season entering the halfway point, Vegas has set some early odds on potential Super Bowl LIII teams.

Updated Super Bowl LIII Odds – October 31st Edition

Los Angeles Rams – 8/5

The Rams are the last undefeated team in the NFL. However, their second-half schedule is very tough. They’ll play at New Orleans and then will host potential playoff teams in the Chiefs, Eagles, Bears, and Seahawks. If Todd Gurley can stay healthy, LA has a great shot at getting to the Super Bowl.

Kansas City Chiefs – 5/1

The Chiefs lone loss came in New England in a 43-40 shootout. The Chiefs offense has been phenomenal. Patrick Mahomes has taken over the reigns and has looked like an All-Pro. The Chiefs have some tough games remaining, as they travel to LA to take on the Rams, host Baltimore and the Chargers, and then travel to Seattle. If the Chiefs defense can make some improvements, they have the inside track to representing the AFC in the Super Bowl.

New England Patriots – 6/1

New England has fixed some things up and has been looking good as of late. The Patriots challenging games remaining include games with Green Bay and Minnesota, and they also travel to Miami (where they always seem to struggle) and Pittsburgh.

The Patriots are one of the favorites to win Super Bowl LIII.

A healthy Rob Gronkowski would be a huge help to the Patriots. Any time a team has Tom Brady as their quarterback, they have a legitimate shot at getting to the Super Bowl.

New Orleans Saints – 8/1

The Saints look like a Super Bowl Contender. This Sunday, we’ll see how for real they are, as they host the Rams. The Saints also have some tough games remaining when they travel to Cincinnati and Dallas, and they host the Eagles, Steelers, and Panthers. A victory over the Rams would go a long way for the Saints, as that could give them the inside track to home-field advantage in the playoffs. With home field advantage and a little defensive help, the Saints could end up playing for the title.

Those are the top four betting favorites to win the Super Bowl LIII. It has been a great start to the season, and we expect more of that. It’s going to be a fun finish, with an awesome postseason run. Best of luck with your NFL betting, and enjoy the games throughout the second half of the season!
