Heading into Week 7 of the NFL season, there are only two undefeated teams left. The Patriots and the 49ers are both undefeated, and are being led by their defenses. The strong offensive units of the past few years are coming back down to Earth, and are losing the battle to the strong defenses. Let’s take a look at the NFL Week 7 betting odds, and see if the defenses will continue to prevail over the offense.

2019 NFL Week 7 Odds, Overview & Predictions for Each Game

Kansas City Chiefs (-3.5) @ Denver Broncos

What’s happening to the Chiefs? They’ve lost two in a row, and now they come into Denver to face the uprising Denver Broncos. Once again, the Chiefs defense is letting them down. Even though they still continue to score points, the Chiefs still can’t seem to stop anyone.

Denver has finally bought into Vic Fangio’s defensive system, as they have been progressively getting better on defense. They shut out the Titans on Sunday. This will be a battle, but the Chiefs will get off their losing streak and will beat Denver by a touchdown.

Oakland Raiders @ Green Bay Packers (-6.5)

The early line is Green Bay – 6.5 prior to their Monday night game. The Raiders are coming off of an upset of the Bears and a bye week. The Raiders have one of the best offensive lines in the game, and they’ll look to eat clock to keep Aaron Rodgers off the field.

Green Bay has gone to a more conservative offense, choosing to run the ball more. If Green Bay can beat Detroit on Monday night at Lambeau, they’ll be able to beat the Raiders on Sunday, but they won’t cover the spread.

Arizona Cardinals @ New York Giants (-3)

Daniel Jones has brought an aura to the Giants. He should also be happy that Saquon Barkley will be returning as well. We’re not sure who Jones will have to throw to, but with Barkley around, things will be easier. Jones struggled against the Patriots, but then again, who hasn’t this season?

The Cardinals are coming off a thrilling victory over the Falcons. Kyler Murray had a spectacular game. Patrick Peterson will be returning for the Cardinals. This will be a tight game and will come down to the wire. The Giants will win, but won’t cover.

Los Angeles Rams (-3) @ Atlanta Falcons

The 49ers dominated the Rams, handing them their third loss in a row. Todd Gurley didn’t play, and the Rams offense was shut down by the vaunted 49ers defense. As for the Falcons, their defense couldn’t stop the Cardinals. The Falcons just can’t seem to catch a break. The Rams will right the ship and will win by a touchdown.

Miami Dolphins @ Buffalo Bills (-16)

The Dolphins lost the battle of the two worst teams in the league, as they couldn’t beat the Redskins. Josh Rosen started, but was relieved by Ryan Fitzpatrick. The Bills will be coming off of a bye, and will be well rested for the worst team in the league. Miami will struggle to score against a tough Bills defense. Bills win by three touchdowns.

Houston Texans @ Indianapolis Colts (-1)

The Texans are playing well. Winners of two in a row, and coming off of a huge win in Kansas City, the Texans are riding high. They’ll come in to battle Indianapolis for sole possession of first place in the AFC South.

Jacoby Brissett has been great for the Colts this season. The Colts will find ways to pressure Deshaun Watson and will take this game by a field goal.

Minnesota Vikings @ Detroit Lions (-1)

Detroit will play Monday night in Green Bay. Kirk Cousins finally found his connection with Stefon Diggs as he caught three touchdown passes in the Vikings victory over the Eagles.

Combine that with the powerful running of Dalvin Cook, and the Vikings have a scary offense. Matt Patricia always seems to find a way to slow a good offense down. This could be an issue for Kirk Cousins. Minnesota will find a way to beat the Lions.

Jacksonville Jaguars (-3) @ Cincinnati Bengals

The Jaguars defense played well, but their offense couldn’t score as they lost to New Orleans 13-6. Cincinnati couldn’t overcome Lamar Jackson and the Ravens, as they lost 23-17. Jacksonville’s defense will be too much for Andy Dalton and crew to overcome. Jacksonville wins by a touchdown.

San Francisco 49ers (-9) @ Washington Redskins

The Redskins edged the Dolphins, while the Niners dominated the Rams. San Francisco’s defense is making a name for itself, while the offense is staying efficient.

The Redskins will struggle to score, and the Niners will come in and control the clock and beat the Redskins. San Francisco wins and covers.

Los Angeles Chargers @ Tennessee Titans (Pick Em)

The Chargers are coming off the loss on Sunday Night Football. Tennessee went scoreless in a loss at Denver. Marcus Mariota was benched for Ryan Tannehill, and Tannehill didn’t fare much better than Mariota. The Titans have a good defense, and always seem to play well at home. The Chargers always seem to start off slow, but tend to finish well. Take the Chargers here.

Baltimore Ravens @ Seattle Seahawks (-4)

Baltimore defeated the Bengals, while the Seahawks edged the Browns. Seattle will have the 12th man on their side. Led by Chris Carson, the Seahawks have found a running game to complement Russell Wilson, Tyler Lockett and the passing attack.

The Seahawks will miss tight end Will Dissly, who may have ruptured his achilles. Lamar Jackson had quite the game for the Ravens. Seattle will win a close one, but won’t cover.

New Orleans Saints @ Chicago Bears (-4)

The Bears are coming off of a bye, and hopefully have some answers to fix their struggling offense. We’re not sure if Mitch Trubisky will be back under center for the Bears.

Teddy Bridgewater has kept the Saints train rolling in the absence of Drew Brees. Bridgewater will see a strong defensive unit. Even if the Bears win this one, it’ll only be by a field goal. Take the Saints and the points.

Philadelphia Eagles @ Dallas Cowboys (-3)

The Eagles and Cowboys are tied atop the NFC East with 3-3 records. The Cowboys have lost three straight, while the Eagles can’t seem to stop anyone from scoring.

The Cowboys could be without Amari Cooper, who hurt his quad in the loss to the Jets. The Eagles are going to come into Dallas and make it four losses in a row.

New England Patriots (-10) @ New York Jets

Le’Veon Bell is finally getting going, and the Jets are coming off of a huge victory over the Cowboys. Unfortunately for the Jets, the Patriots are on their way to New Jersey.

The Patriots defense has been dominant this season. Sam Darnold won’t have an answer to the Pats D. New England wins this one by 14.
