The best races in the world will head to Avondale Arizona for the Phoenix 500. The 312 lap race, for 312 miles will be shown on FOX this Sunday from the ISM Raceway. Let’s take a look at the TicketGuardian 500 betting preview and give our pick on who will take down the championship.

2018 TicketGuardian 500 Betting Preview

Kevin Harvick

Harvick has already won two out of three last three races, and it may be tough to grab a third title in four events, but with his history, and his ability to race- it’s tough to go against him. He has won this event four times, and three out of the last four. Harvick is known to many as the King of Arizona, and with there being no hotter racer on the Universe, you would be crazy to not take a look at him winning this event.

Ryan Newman

Ryan Newman is racing pretty well right now, with Top 11 finishes in two of three races and Top 10 in two out of the last 4. The TicketGuardian 500 race was won by Newman a season ago, and at ISM, he has had really good success. That success comes in the form of Top 10 finishes in 9 out of his last 16 trips here. His history in Phoenix outs him in the same class at Harvick when it comes to winning this event.

Ryan Blaney

We like Blaney a little as an underdog. He is getting great value in the sportsbooks. Blaney has put together Top 10 finishes in two out of his last 3 races. He also has pretty good history in Phoenix. He has finished in 7th place or better in all three of his appearances in the Camping World Truck Series. For his odds, he is tough to fade, even if it’s a little wager.

Joey Logano

It’s been awhile since Logano took down an event. But, while saying that – he still has been racing pretty well as of late. Logano has finished 7th or better in each of his last four races and six out of his last last 9. Logano has won the event in Phoenix just once, but his 9 Top 10 finishes show that he is close to breaking through. You don’t want to be left out of cashing on Joey Logano, one of the more talented racers in the field.

Martin Truex Jr.

Our final guy we want to discuss is Martin Truex Jr. He has finished 5th place or better in 11 out of his last 13 races. The young guy is still in search of his first victory of the season, and also his first win in Phoenix. But, if you want a guy that will give you a chance down the final stretch of the race, Truex is certainly one of those guys.

There is a look at our TicketGuardian 500 Preview.  While odds have not been released at this time, check back for all the best odds available. Our pick to win the event is of course the favorite Kevin Harvick, but any of these five guys could be worth a wager. We hope you enjoy the race, and best of luck with all your NASCAR betting.
