College Football Week 4 Odds & Top Picks

Just as it is with all weeks in college football, there are plenty of small school matchups that will be entertaining, but not available for a large market viewership. Below are some of the most intriguing matchups and their College Football Week 4 Betting Odds, along with some analysis and predictions for each.

College Football Week 4 Odds & Top Picks

Wisconsin at Iowa (+3)

Wisconsin will look for blood against a Big Ten foe a week after being derailed at the hands of BYU. Taylor is still a top 3 running back in the country and he will look to show off against a stout Iowa defense. Take Wisconsin to cover the spread in a tough environment in Kinnick Stadium.

Penn St. at Illinois (+27.5)

Penn State, currently ranked 10th in the nation comes to Illinois to take on the lowly Illini. Illinois struggled last year, finishing winless in the Big Ten. This year, the Orange and Blue have notched two wins, but none against any sizeable competition. This one will be a rout in which Penn State covers the spread easily, maybe even with backups playing significant time.

Nebraska at Michigan (-14.5)

Michigan is looking good the last two weeks. After narrowly being defeated by Notre Dame in a game that didn’t look that close to the naked eye, they have reeled off some impressive offensive numbers. Take the Wolverines to cover a spread of 2+ touchdowns.

Georgia at Missouri (+14.5)

Georgia, a team that many thought would struggle without its outstanding duo of running backs, has proved me wrong. Kirby Smart is building something great here. Missouri has a great quarterback, but he won’t fare too well against this overpowering defense. Take Georgia to cover and possibly rout Missouri.

Texas A&M at Alabama (-26)

Two coaches that really know each other are involved in this one. One coach has outstanding talent, the other does not. Alabama, with superior talent, will knock off Jimbo Fisher’s Aggies in this one, but don’t expect them to cover the spread.

Stanford at Oregon (+1)

Stanford’s defense will be Justin Herbert’s real first test.

Stanford is not a safe pick for College Football Week 4.

Look for Bryce Love to be back and at full strength for this one as well. It will be an exciting match up, but take the home Ducks to cover.

TCU at Texas (+2.5)

TCU is just a much better team than Texas at this point. After nearly pushing the Buckeyes to the limit, before self-destructing take the Horned Frogs to beat in state rival, Texas and cover the measly 2.5 point spread easily.

Florida at Tennessee (+6)

Neither team has been stellar thus far in 2018, but there has to be a winner right? Florida has been less bad at times, so I’ll take them to win, but perhaps not cover. Knoxville is a tough place to play, and that team has got to be motivated after struggling to make a splash so far for their new head coach, Jeremy Pruitt. Still, we think they just don’t have it put together enough to win.

Good luck with your College Football Week 4 Bets!
