Here we go. The NCAA Tournament is back. Thursday and Friday we see Round of 16 games, and then Saturday and Sunday we move to the Elite 8 Betting action. We are going to look ahead and predict our winners for the Sweet 16, and give you our Elite 8 Betting Prediction. Keep in mind, the NCAAB point spreads are not out yet – so we will speculate and give you our best thoughts for you to decide what bets you want to make.

2018 March Madness Elite 8 Betting Prediction

South Region

We are taking the Kentucky Wildcats and the Nevada Wolf Pack to play in this game. Atlanta will be rocking with Wildcats fans. This is not the most talented team that John Calipari has had, but this team is awfully good. The Wildcats started slowly this season and will stay hot.

Look for the Wildcats to cover the spread in both games played over the weekend in Atlanta, and in San Antonio, they will have another shot at winning two more games, and being the national champions. Kentucky is our Elite 8 Betting Prediction out of the South.

East Region

The top seed Villanova Wildcats are known as the best team remaining in the tournament. But, West Virginia is dangerous. In our mind – the Mountaineers are the toughest matchup for Villanova in the Round of 16. The tournament has been nutty, and we will see more chaos with a Villanova loss.

West Virginia and Texas Tech make the Elite 8 an all-Big 12 battle. The pressure and defense of the Mountaineers beat the Red Raiders earlier this month, and they are ready to do it again. Our Elite 8 Betting Prediction for the East Region is the West Virginia Mountaineers over the Texas Tech Red Raiders.

West Region

The top remaining seed here is the Michigan Wolverines. One of two Big Ten teams remain. The Wolverines are red hot, with 11 straight wins. But, Texas A+M is riding high following their blowout win over North Carolina. Look for the SEC – Texas A+M to win in the Round of 16. They will move on to play Gonzaga.

Texas A&M should be your Elite 8 Betting Pick.

The Bulldogs will cut down the nets in Los Angeles with a huge crowd on hand. The Bulldogs beat Texas A+M in the Elite 8 and look to take on Duke or Kansas in the Final Four.

Midwest Region

We just gave our Sweet 16 winners away. While Syracuse will compete, Duke beats the Orange on Friday. Kansas gets by Clemson in a way the Jayhawks have done; winning close.

Kansas and Duke on Sunday will be fantastic, but look for the Jayhawks to break through with their ability to shoot the basketball Devonte Graham has not been real good yet in the tournament, but the Duke defense has no chance of slowing him down. The Jayhawks beat the Blue Devils and Bill Self moves to San Antonio.

There is a look at our Elite 8 Betting Predictions. When the Final Four arrives next weekend – our picks are Kentucky/Gonzaga and West Virginia/Kansas. Best of luck with all your NCAA Basketball betting. The Elite 8 is great because we see teams head to San Antonio and the Final Four, which should prove to be a great weekend!
