Why should you bet on the Raptors?

The Raptors just won the 50th game of the season, the first time the franchise has reached that mark. Toronto also sits just two games back of Cleveland in the Eastern Conference standings, and as inconsistently as the Cavaliers have been playing as of late, the Raptors have the momentum to seize the top seed. DeMar DeRozan continued his All-Star season by dropping 26 points on the Hawks, while Jonas Valanciunas chipped 19 points and 9 boards in the win. The Raptors have one of the toughest defenses in the NBA right now, and the Grizzlies are still reeling from a number of injuries.

Why should you put your money on Memphis?

Memphis has dropped four in a row, and they are in danger of either ending up with a low playoff seed in the West or even sliding out of the top eight. They watched Will Barton score 25 points and Emmanuel Mudiay add 17 more to boost the Nuggets to a win, leaving Memphis in the fifth spot in the West. There is a three-way tie below them for seventh, so things could get ugly quickly if they keep losing. Zach Randolph did come back to the Grizzlies’ lineup after missing two contests with an ankle sprain, but the Grizzlies need more energy on both ends of the floor to deal with Toronto.

Expert Pick and Final Score Prediction

I’m picking the Raptors to notch their 51st win of the season in Memphis. I’m predicting a 104-92 win for Toronto.
