Why should you bet on Toronto?

In the Game 2 win, Toronto’s two big scorers, Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan, both had struggles, but the Raptors ended up winning anyway. The Raptors have a deep bench, as Cory Joseph’s 16 points in Game 2 showed. A lot of Toronto’s depth is on the defensive side, which is why the Raptors were able to keep Indiana’s point total low. If you look at the course of the whole season, Toronto has been able to play solid defense and get scoring from a lot of different sources, while Indiana has struggled to find sustained leadership.

Why should you put your money on the Pacers?

Paul George had two monster games in Toronto, including a 28-point performance in Game 2. The difference between Indiana’s Game 1 win and the setback in Game 2 was interior defense. Myles Turner and Ian Mahinmi both had lower back issues that forced them to the bench, but if they can stay in the game in Game 3, the Pacers have a shot of taking another lead in the series. George’s explosive leadership has been a welcome return to form for this team.

Expert Pick and Final Score Prediction

Toronto was one of the best road teams this year, and Game 2 showed that they have gotten the postseason yips out of their system. I’m predicting a 103-95 Toronto win.
