If you’re a fan of the NBA, you’re starting to see some separation between the top-tier teams and the rest of the pack. In looking at the two conferences it’s becoming clearer every day on who the top teams in each conference are. Let’s take a look at the teams who have the best shots at winning their conferences and could end up playing for the NBA championship. With that in mind, let’s jump right into action so you can  wager against their NBA odds.

Which NBA Team is Favored to Win Each Conference in 2021?

Western Conference

  • Los Angeles Lakers +250

The Lakers currently own the best record in the NBA. After winning the NBA title last season, the Lakers made numerous upgrades to their already stacked lineup. By acquiring Dennis Schroeder, they now have a point guard that can not only facilitate an offense, but can also score. Schroeder takes some of the pressure off of LeBron James, who is playing at an MVP level this season. Anthony Davis has been playing better lately, after getting off to a slow start. The Lakers have plenty of firepower, and they’re also one of the best defensive teams in the league. They’ll be hard to beat in the Western Conference.

  • Los Angeles Clippers +600

Could we finally see an all-LA Western Conference final? If the Clippers keep playing like they have been playing as of late, we could very well see the matchup that all NBA fans want to see. After last year’s subpar season, Paul George has been one of the league’s top players this season. Combine George with Kawhi Leonard, and you have a lethal combination. When the Clippers are playing well, they can beat anyone.

Eastern Conference

  • Brooklyn Nets +300

When it comes to a “Big 3”, no one in the league has a better trio than the Nets. Even though it came at a steep price, the acquisition of James Harden made the Brooklyn Nets the favorite to win the NBA Eastern Conference. Along with Kevin Durant, and Kyrie Irving, James Harden makes the Nets an offensive force. If they’ll ever guard anyone, and if they can overcome their lack of depth, the Nets can outscore anyone.

  • Milwaukee Bucks +700

Giannis Antetokounmpo has the Bucks fighting for the top spot in the East. With the acquisition of Jrue Holiday, the Bucks became a better team than they were last season. Milwaukee is one of the most versatile teams in the league, and can beat you many different ways. If Giannis can start hitting some perimeter shots, the Bucks will be a very dangerous team come playoff time.

  • Philadelphia 76ers +1600

Doc Rivers has figured out how to get the most out of the Sixers. Joel Embiid has been a dominant force in the paint this season. The MVP candidate has been scoring and rebounding better than he has throughout his career. Rivers has also figured out how to best utilize Ben Simmons. Philadelphia also went out and acquired shooters to surround Embiid and Simmons, so they have been able to spread the floor and put their two stars in isolation situations. Tobias Harris has also been very good for the Sixers. This team has a legitimate shot at winning the Eastern Conference.
