Miami at Charlotte NBA Betting Guide
On Saturday afternoon, the Eastern Conference quarterfinal series between Miami and Charlotte moves north for Game 3. The Heat won the first two games in fairly easy fashion, taking the second game by the score of 115-103. The Heat are scoring well above their season average right now, and if the Hornets cannot find a way to stop them, this will be a short series. Find out the updated NBA online betting lines here.

Why should you bet on Miami?
Right now, Charlotte does not seem to have an answer for the scoring and rebounding that the Heat are delivering. Dwyane Wade dropped 28 points on the Hornets in Game 2, and Hassan Whiteside set a playoff record by going 8 for 8, scoring 17. Three other Heat players — Josh Richardson, Luol Deng and Goran Dragic — scored in double figures as well. In the second quarter, the entire team only missed three shots, which led to a 72-60 lead at the intermission, and the Hornets simply could not catch up.
Why should you put your money on the Hornets?
Kemba Walker got loose for 29 points in Game 2, but he had to jack up 29 shots to get there. Nic Batum left in the fourth quarter with a left ankle sprain, and the team will have to figure out how to replace him in the lineup, as he is questionable for the duration of the series. The good news is that the Hornets are not likely to shoot as dreadfully in Game 3, on their home floor, as they did in Game 2 (particularly in the third quarter, when they missed six shots in 12 seconds), and they have had a couple of days to work on their defensive lapses.
Expert Pick and Final Score Prediction
I like Charlotte to find their defensive legs in Game 3 in front of their home fans. I’m predicting a Game 3 win for the Hornets by the score of 99-95.
