The Cleveland Cavaliers (42-20) take on the Detroit Pistons (31-32) up in Motor City on Thursday night. The Cavaliers have dropped three of four, including a home-and- home sweep at the hands of the Miami Heat, who beat Cleveland 106-98 on Monday. The Pistons have won two in a row, including a 30-point rout of Philadelphia on the road and a 109-95 pasting of Chicago at home on Monday.
