NBA Betting: Must Bet 2021 Games in Week 10
It’s hard to believe that we’re already entering Week 10 of the NBA season. With the all-star break approaching, and teams starting to try to make moves, the season is getting more interesting by the day. We’ve had some key injuries, and players having to sit out for numerous reasons. We’ll see if missing those players will take a toll on their teams this week. Let’s take a look at some of this week’s games that we think you could place a wager on and earn yourself some extra cash against their NBA odds.
NBA 2021 Week 10 Games to Bet On
Monday, February 22 – Washington Wizards @ Los Angeles Lakers
This is an intriguing matchup. The Wizards are sitting near the bottom of the Eastern Conference. However, they have won four straight and are playing better. Bradley Beal is playing at an elite level, and teams are having a hard time holding him under 30 points.
As for the Lakers, they’re having a few issues. Anthony Davis is out for an extended length of time with an achilles injury. Dennis Schroder is out due to COVID protocols. They’re coming off of a crushing loss to the Miami Heat on Saturday night. Things just don’t seem to be going the Lakers way right now, but one man aims to change that.
We have yet to talk about LeBron James. The Wizards can’t seem to guard anyone, and now they have to try to find a way to stop arguably the best player in the league. With that being said, Washington is a matchup issue for the Lakers. Alex Caruso will have to guard Beal, while the Lakers will struggle to guard Russell Westbrook.
Normally, this would be a Lakers blowout, but with all of the circumstances surrounding this one, we could see a very good game.
Wednesday, February 24 – Los Angeles Lakers @ Utah Jazz
Who would’ve thought that at this point in the season the Utah Jazz would have the best record in the NBA? The Jazz come into this one with a 24-6 record. Their long winning streak was ended by the Clippers over the weekend, so the Jazz are ready to get back to their winning ways.
Rudy Gobert has been huge for the Jazz this season. They have improved defensively, and Gobert is one of the main reasons. Jordan Clarkson has come up big for the Jazz as he has been a very good offensive player for them. Donovan Mitchell has been his normal self, and the Jazz are putting up some great offensive numbers.
As for the Lakers, we’ve already dissected their issues. We know that LeBron James will come into this one with a chip on his shoulder, as he’ll want to prove that even without some of their players, that the Lakers are the best team in the league. If James can get some help on the offensive end, they can beat the Jazz. James always seems to be a matchup nightmare for Utah, so we’ll see if Quin Snyder has a few tricks up his sleeve to slow down “The King”.
