This weekend will be huge for the world of Mixed Martial Arts, as the world turns its attention to the T-Mobile Arena, the home of the Vegas Golden Knights in Las Vegas. UFC 226 is a great card that features 13 fights, and 5 of them coming from the main card. We have some of our favorite picks and predictions for a few of the major fights this weekend. Here is a look at our UFC 226 Odds Betting Preview.

UFC 226 Odds & Expert Betting Predictions

Heavyweight Title – Stipe Miocic -250 over Daniel Cormier

This is a huge fight and the first time in UFC history that the heavyweight champion takes on the lightweight champion. Cormier is looking to come in and take down the crown, but in the end, Miocic is expected to be too big, too fast and too strong. The safe and smart bet to make when you are betting UFC 226 is to take Miocic -250 over Cormier.

Featherweight Title – Max Halloway -146 over Brian Ortega

When you are betting the featherweight title, the first thing you will find when you are doing research is that Ortega has never lost an MMA battle. Both of these two have moved for days when it comes to in between the ropes. In the end, though, Halloway has a little more in his arsenal than Ortega. He takes his first L of his MMA career this weekend.

Micheal Chiesa -160 over Anthony Pettis

This was a fight that was added late on the card after they were supposed to fight back in May. That was largely to do with Conor McGregor being a moron. This is going to be a great fight, and this is going to be tough to pick.

Micheal Chiesa is the favorite at the UFC 226 Odds for this fight.

When we do all of our homework there is not much separation between these two. When all else fails, Vegas has to know something here, and we are going with the decent sized favorite. Take Chiesa -160 over Pettis on Saturday.

Derrick Lewis +290 over Francis Ngannou

The Ngannou vs. Lewis matchup is one of the more highly anticipated matchups on the main card. Ngannou is the clear favorite in this bout, but challenger Derrick Lewis has made plenty of comments in the media about Ngannou. Ngannou is the number 2 ranked heavyweight fighter, even after a tough bout against Miocic. Lewis might wish he should have kept his mouth shut, as Ngannou is a very solid fighter. Bet on Ngannou -365 to defeat Lewis and shut him up for awhile.

That’s a look at our UFC 226 Betting Preview. We are looking forward to these fights, and expect it to be a very popular event. Make sure you do your homework before you place your bets, and make sure you get your bets in on time. Use good bankroll management when you are placing these bets. We hope you enjoyed our look at the UFC 226 Betting Preview for this weekend.
