UFC 217 Betting Odds & Expert Prediction

Bantamweight: Cody Garbrandt vs. TJ Dillashaw

Two American and former friends have turned into pretty competitive rivals. Garbrandt is 26 years old and weighs 135lbs. The guy known as Cogar is 11-0 in his career with 9 of them coming via knockout. He has been boxing since 15 years old and has turned into one of the beasts in MMA. T.J. Dillashaw is 31 years old and resides in Denver Colorado. The Dillashank is 5;6, and also weighs 135. He has a black belt in Bang Muay Thai and was a star wrestler in high school. He sits at 14-3 in his career. Dillashaw comes into this as the slight underdog. But, at +150 we like his UFC 217 Betting Odds value and will bet the underdog.

Women’s Strawweight: Joanna Jedrzejcyk vs. Rose Namajunas

The 30-year-old Jedrzejcyk is from Poland and weighs just 115, but is a complete beast in the cage. She is 14-0 in her career with her most recent win over Jessica Andrade in Dallas. Jedrzejcyk will take on a relative unknown in Rose Namajunas. She is 9-3 in her career and has been fighting since the age of 5. In a great female fight, these two are miles apart, but the fight is going to be closer. Look for the underdog, Rose Namajunas at +400 to be competitive, but in the end, you have to take Jedrzejczyk at -600 in this fight.

Welterweight: Stephen Thompson vs. Jorge Masvidal

Stephen Thompson is a 34-year old that goes by the nickname Wonderboy. He has trained with Georges St-Pierre and has been a beast in the ring since he started fighting back in 2010. Thompson should be hungry for this fight with a loss to Tyron Woodley in Vegas back in March. Jorge Masvidal is 32 from Miami Florida. The Gamebred is 32-12 in his career. The most recent bout for Masvidal was a loss to Demian Maia in Dallas. Stephen Thompson is the favorite in this fight. You can bet Thompson at -175, and that’s what we are going to do.Stephen Thompson is favor by the UFC 217 Betting Odds against Jorge Masvidal.

Middleweight: Johny Hendricks vs. Paulo Borrachinha

Johny Hendricks is 34 years old from Ada Oklahoma. The Big Rigg is 5’9 and weighs 188 lbs.He has an 18-7 record thus far in his MMA career. The former wrestler at Oklahoma State University has lost four out of his last five fights. Paulo Borrachinha is pretty unknown, but the 26-year-old from Brazil is quite a beast in the cage. Borrachinha is 10-0 in his career, with his most recent win coming in June where he down Oluwale Bamgbose. This should be a pretty interesting fight. Borrachinha is the favorite in this fight, and listed at -225. But, we are going to go with the upset here. Take Johny Hendricks UFC 217 Betting Odds at +175.

Middleweight: Michael Bisping vs. Georges St-Pierre

Michael Bisping is a former Cage Rage Light Heavyweight and fought in his first Main Card for UFC back in UFC 199. The 38-year-old has not fought since October 2016 when he downed Dan Henderson. He is 30-7 in his career. Georges St-Pierre is 36 years old and from Canada. GSP or Rush has not fought in nearly 4 years. His last fight was November 16th, 2013 when he beat Johny Hendricks in Vegas. St- Pierre is the guy we are betting on here. Sure, he has taken some time off, but he’s the better fighter. Take Georges St- Pierre UFC 2017 Betting Odds at -105.There is a look at the fights that will take place this weekend at the Mecca.
