Top MLB Betting Games of the Week (July 25-31)

St. Louis Cardinals at New York Mets

What a great game this is going to be Monday night at Citi Field. The St. Louis Cardinals and the New York Mets. These two teams are battling with Miami, Los Angeles and Pittsburgh for two National League wild card spots. The St. Louis Cardinals are starting a long road trip, while the Mets have a lengthy home stand. The pitching match-up is awesome, with Carlos MArtinez for the Cardinals, and Noah Syndergaard for the Mets. The Mets are the favorite, but we like Martinez and the Cardinals to get the best of this game. One of the best bets for the week is the St. Louis Cardinals +128 over the New York Mets.

Seattle Mariners at Pittsburgh Pirates

An interleague game, and certainly an interesting game. Felix Hernandez and the Seattle Mariners are on the road at the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Pirates are throwing lefthander Jeff Locke in this game. This should be a tremendous baseball game, and we expect King Felix to be on his best pitching game. Hernandez is fantastic in this game, and the third place Mariners beat the third place Pirates. The bet for this game is the Seattle Mariners -133 over the Pittsburgh Pirates on Tuesday.

Cincinnati Reds at San Francisco Giants

On Wednesday, the Cincinnati Reds will visit the San Francisco Giants. The Giants are monstrous favorite in this game, and San Francisco needs this win. The Giants have been struggling big time, and are losing ground on the second place Los Angeles Dodgers. Madison Bumgarner goes for the San Francisco Giants in this game, and he is due for a great outing. The Reds can hit, but are much better at home rather than on the road. Dan Straily goes for the Reds. He has not been awful, but the Giants will score early and often on him here. The bet for this game is the San Francisco Giants -195 over the Cincinnati Reds.

Chicago White Sox at Chicago Cubs

This is the fourth and final game of this series between the two city rivals. It’s John Lackey for the Chicago Cubs, against Chris Sale of the Chicago White Sox. Sale did not go on Saturday, being suspended from the team for five games. Lackey is coming off a thrashing loss by the Milwaukee Brewers. While the Cubs can hit, look for the lefthanded Sale to mow right through the lineup. The bet for this game is the Chicago White Sox -115 over the Chicago Cubs on Thursday evening.
