As the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Playoff roll on, the next stop takes the racers to the Kansas Speedway on Sunday for the Hollywood Casino 400. With Kyle Larson and Ryan Blaney already qualifying for the final 8, the drivers are racing for valuable points and a spot in the next round. A win in this race also guarantees a driver a spot in the next round.

A win in this race also guarantees a driver a spot in the next round. The drivers will be coming off of a short week of preparation, as last weekend’s race at Talladega was postponed until Monday. It will be a short week, but the good news for the drivers is that they will be driving in all new cars. The drivers are hoping that the new cars are prepped and ready for the battle for the final six spots in the top eight. Let’s take a look at some of the NASCAR Betting favorites who are poised and ready to contend for the checkered flag at Sunday’s Hollywood Casino 400.

2019 Hollywood Casino 400 Odds, Preview & Prediction

Martin Truex Jr.

Truex Jr. is currently sitting in the fourth spot in the playoff standings. Truex Jr. won both of his starts in Kansas in 2017, and he has finished in the top-five in four of his last five starts. In those five races, he has led the second-most laps. Truex has had a great 2019, and he is in a position to qualify for the next round. Look for him to have a great race on Sunday.

Kevin Harvick

Harvick is sitting in the sixth spot in the playoff race. In his last seven starts at the Kansas Speedway, he has one win and two top-five finishes. He hasn’t finished below 20th in any of those starts. He has led the most laps among active drivers in the last five races at Kansas. He started the season off slowly, but he had a great end to the season. He loves this track and always finishes well here.

Kyle Busch

Sitting in the fifth spot in the playoff point standings, Busch needs to finish well this weekend. His team has struggled lately, but he has raced well enough to stay near the top of the standings. He has six top-5  finishes in his last nine starts at Kansas. This could be the weekend that Busch breaks out and takes the checkered flag.

Brad Keselowski

Keselowski and his team love to run on the 1 ½ mile tracks. He won at the Kansas Speedway in the spring, and he would love to win this weekend’s Hollywood Casino 400. He’s sitting in the seventh spot in the playoff standings, and needs to race well here to maintain his spot. He’s been very consistent here, so he should finish well on Sunday.

Chase Elliott

Chase is currently on the outside looking in at the top eight. Sitting in tenth place, Elliott can’t afford to have a poor race. He has finished in the top-five in four of his last five starts at the Kansas Speedway. Elliott will be racing hard to take the checkered flag, as that is the only guarantee of getting himself into the next round.
