2019 Belgian Grand Prix Odds, Preview & Expert Pick

Lewis Hamilton

2019 has been the year of Lewis Hamilton. Hamilton has won 8 of the first 12 races, and is currently leading the driver point standings. He has won two of the last four Belgian Grand Prix events. He’ll be looking to win his fourth Belgian Grand Prix title. Whenever he is in the field he is sure to be one of the favorites. He is the driver that everyone will be looking to knock off the podium.

Valtteri Bottas

Bottas currently sits behind Mercedes teammate Lewis Hamilton in the driver points standings. With two victories on the season, Bottas, Hamilton, and Team Mercedes have claimed 10 of the 12 Formula 1 races this season. He has finished on the podium in 9 of the 12 races. Although he hasn’t finished higher than 3rd at the Belgian Grand Prix in his career, this could be the breakthrough weekend where he wins his first Belgian Grand Prix.

Charles Leclerc

Team Ferrari’s rookie driver is currently sitting in 5th place in the driver standings. In 10 of the 12 events this season, he has finished no lower than 5th place. He has finished on the podium in four of the last five races. He’d love to get his first career victory in Belgium on Sunday.

Sebastian Vettel

Vettel hasn’t had the best season. The Team Ferrari driver is winless on the season. The four-time world champion is sitting in fourth place in the driver standings. Even though he is winless on the season, he has still finished in the top five in all but one of this year’s events. Of the last four Belgian Grand Prix events, Vettel has won the two that Lewis Hamilton hasn’t.

Max Verstappen

Verstappen has won two races this season. He has finished in the top five in every race this season, and currently sits in third place in the driver point standings. He has finished in the top two in three of the last four races, winning two of them. Verstappen would love to climb up the point standings by winning the Belgian Grand Prix on Sunday.
